Police seek public’s help locating missing Hilo man

Big Island police are searching for a 58-year-old Hilo man who has been reported missing.

David Ratcliff was last seen Jan. 16 in the Wainaku area of Hilo, according to the Hawaii Police Department. He may be in need of medications.

Ratcliff is described as being 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighing 155 pounds with blue eyes and thinning light brown hair that is long in the back and kept in a ponytail, according to police.. He always wears a baseball cap and either a long-sleeved shirt or jacket.
